Federal sovereignty surrendered

The federal government refuses to secure the liberties of its citizens at the Federal level so take their Federal powers away.

Everything having to do with life liberties and property were secured to ourselves and to our posterity and then re-forbidden to the states by the 14th amendment at the federal level, but now the individual states are being allowed to deny or limit the things people have been freely doing and what they can do on private property since the constitution secured them into our federal sovereign sphere of action. Legally only conventions of the people in 3/4s of the states could control these things but not any more, Judges have allowed rebellions against this to alter the Federal constitution.

All States should start limiting the powers of the Federal government within the boundaries of their States. On the grounds that when the Federal courts started allowing individual states to limit the freedoms of citizens of the United States they surrendered federal sovereignties to individual states and therefore by precedent they granted individual states the power to alter the federal constitution.

I think that the States should start limiting the federal powers of taxation, buying powers not granted when giving monies, and limiting their say over what the State does with foreign countries or how a state treats illegal aliens.

The Federal government opened the door so the states should use that. If a State has the power to alter one part of the constitution it can alter any part of it.

This door opened lets use it.
