If We are free people in this American society, then in forming and therefore under our legal form of government, We the people surrendered NO freedoms to the legal control of those who govern. Other than those necessary to carry out the tasks delegated in part or in whole to those who are elected to govern as depicted by our constitution.
We the free people legally retained control over the things that have been acceptable in our society and what the members of this society can freely do. We the People, Whose legal voice to the wants of government is spoken only, by the agreement of conventions of us outside of government in at least 3/4 of our States. And Due process of Law requires 2/3 of the elected legislators, either federal or states to ask our Society of free people any time they may find some reason it might help our society to diminish or deny some freedom to the members of this Nation of free people.
Under the fundamental principals of common law whenever legislators and judges overstep the boundaries set by constitutions they are personally guilty of acts of war against their society.

They hated the use of certain drugs used by free people for pain, depression and to ease suffering so without asking society by due process of law, they attempt to take the freedom of getting drunk away from free people by the States committing legislated acts of war against "No state shall make or enforce any law that abridges the privileges or immunities of the citizens of the United States". After that the Federal legislators rebelled and expanded their control by force of arms rather than by due process of law to almost all our freedoms over self medicating, possessing guns and certain trade goods being used by the citizens in this society of free people, now even smoking tobacco has come under attack by the domestic enemies of our constitution. All of this started channeling trillions of dollars a year out of the open market to be used in the creation and continued financing of drug cartels, providing street gangs with the wherewithal to give our children more luxuries than their parents can afford to give them along with the automatic guns to fight over customers or turf with, and to kill all of the innocent bystanders with. Some people have even claimed that some of the money from this rebellion against obedience to the laws of this society was channeled into funding the training of the flying terrorists of 911 fame.
